LINCOLN, Neb. -- The Huskers worked out in Memorial Stadium for two hours on Tuesday. Coach Frank Solich said it was a good work day. "The energy level is high," Solich said, "They are getting ready to play a football game and I?ve been pleased with their attitude and preparation."
Solich said linebacker Chad Sievers and rush end Chris Kelsay both returned to practice today. Linebacker Barrett Ruud will return to drills tomorrow.
Nebraska will continue preparations for Penn State with a two-hour workout Wednesday on the grass fields from 3:30- 5:30 p.m.
